Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026
Juicynote ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use our website and services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Email address — when you join our waitlist or contact us.
- Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, and time spent, collected automatically via standard web analytics.
- Device & browser data — IP address, browser type, and operating system for security and analytics purposes.
We do not collect payment information at this stage. Juicynote is currently in pre-launch.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you waitlist updates and launch announcements.
- Respond to your questions and support requests.
- Improve and optimise our website and future product.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Email Communications
By joining our waitlist you agree to receive occasional emails from us about Juicynote. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop contacting you promptly.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal cookies necessary for the website to function and basic analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect certain features of the site.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website (such as email delivery platforms and analytics services). These providers are contractually required to keep your data confidential and use it only to provide services to us.
We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Juicynote or others.
6. Data Retention
We retain your email address on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is typically retained for up to 26 months and then anonymised or deleted.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@luminouscreate.com.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Juicynote is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
